    INTRODUCING THE
    BOS III Tank System
A Closed Loop Drill Fluid, Drill Solids & Slurry Management System
    Download Specifications

The multi-purpose BOS tank system is designed to work with any drilling fluid and most types of slurry waste. The unique configuration of the tank facilitates moving easily between air/mist, floc-water, water based mud and oil based mud systems. This requires minimal addition of peripheral equipment leading to rig up times as efficient as forty-five minutes.

The BOS III integrates multi-compartment fluid handling, chemical mixing - injection and solids removal in one single transportable load. (The cuttings drying process requires an additional load to augment the BOS tank.) The BOS tank's 216 bbl (34.3 m3 total) capacity storage/treatment cells are plumbed for independent fluid management. Each cell can be filled or the fluid transferred without affecting other cells. This design also makes the BOS Tank self-cleaning with no need for expensive vac trucks for clean up at the end of the project. Two integrated 15 bbl (2.4 m3) chemical mixing tanks with accurate dosing pumps provide for optimized chemical use. A hydraulic stand, capable of mounting two centrifuges completes the system.

When the BOS tank is utilized for flocculation or dewatering, the BOS patented managed flow process is employed to direct the flow of fluid and solids ensuring highly efficient separation and convenient processing of fluid and waste.
